How it works

One-to-One Coaching

We will get to know each other during an introductory session and agree how we wish to work together.

We will discuss and review the following:

  • Are you committed to change?
  • Is coaching the best approach to reach your goal?
  • Are you committed to invest time and energy on your project?
  • Do we feel we will work positively together?

We will also discuss fees and agree a plan of action, set deadlines and meetings so you are accountable and have a clear pathway mapped to help you make positive changes swiftly.

The best place

The sessions can take place face-to-face or online.

A suitable duration

The number of sessions is dependent of the objectives that you set for yourself. We will build a program and assess its progression on a regular basis.

Typically, a program contains 4 to 10 sessions and lasts for 6 to 12 months
